Sverdlovsk region introduced a ban on teenagers visiting shopping malls without parents

In the Sverdlovsk region, adolescents will be not allowed to enter the the shopping center. This was reported in E1.RU, citing sources in municipalities who took part in a video meeting with the regional government.

The rules will come into effect on November 4th. It was noted that underage citizens of Russia will not be allowed into the shopping center without their parents' accompaniment. The corresponding decree will be signed by Alexey Shmykov, acting regional governor.

In the Sverdlovsk region over the past day, 718 new cases of COVID-19 were detected. 503 people with covid were cured, 28 infected died. Over the entire period of the pandemic, 158,812 cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in the region. A total of 142,952 people were cured, and 7,532 of those infected died.

Earlier, the region also introduced mandatory self-isolation for unvaccinated persons over 65 years of age. In the Sverdlovsk region, since October 30, a QR code system has been operating in some public places.
