A model show organized by the company «Image-Elite» was held in the park of the First of May in Rostov-on-Don, which caused a mixed reaction after photos of girls in swimsuits became actively discussed in social networks.
The contest "Children's Supermodel of Russia", was held in the open air and attracted several dozen spectators, mostly parents of the contestants.
The organizers of the event themselves claim that all the conditions of the contest were met, including the signing of agreements with the parents of the girls. The chairman of the organizing committee, Elena Stepura, expressed dissatisfaction over the leaked photos and stressed that the programs of the event clearly delineated the age groups: the participants under 14 years old did not go on the podium in swimsuits, which is confirmed by the official documentation.
Despite this, the situation has already acquired a scandalous tone, which led to the initiation of an inspection by the prosecutor's office of the Rostov region, according to "RIA Novosti". The organizers expressed hope that it will be established who exactly published the photos, and stressed that such events have been held for many years without censure.
Earlier deputies reminded about the punishment for the desire to walk half-naked in the city center, and also the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vitaly Milonov demanded to equate dirty and stinky to hooligans.
