Swedish company IKEA will open exchange and return departments in Russian stores from June 1, 2022.
The Swedish retailer says the company is opening exchange and return departments in all stores in Russia.
"Exchange and return departments in our stores will start working from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00. The customer support center works every day from 8:00 to 21:00 local time", - IKEA said in a statement.
The Swedish company previously announced the suspension of its stores in Russia due to the military special operation in Ukraine.
According to the company's board, IKEA will monitor developments around the Ukrainian conflict.
It is known that in Russia there are three factories producing furniture, which employ about 2,500 people.
Presumably, the work of Swedish company IKEA stores stopped until September 2022.
