The majority of citizens of the Russian Federation (78%) have a positive attitude towards the reduction of working days to four.
A survey of the Work.ru service was conducted in January. More than 5,000 users from all regions of Russia took part in it.
At the same time, 47% of respondents assessed their company's readiness for a four-day work week negatively. According to them, such a work schedule is not suitable for them.
21% of respondents believe that such a transition is realistic, but it takes more than six months. Another 15% noted that it would take several months to reduce the work week, and 11% estimated the time frame at several weeks. Six percent of respondents said they were fully prepared to make the transition to a four-day workweek.
