Ben Affleck has made it clear that he is not going to return to the family nest, which was bought together with Jennifer Lopez after the wedding. The actor recently bought himself a new mansion in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
Actor Ben Affleck has dashed all the hopes of fans for a reunion with singer and actress Jennifer Lopez. So, if after the split with his wife, he rented housing near the house of his ex-wife Jennifer Garner in Brentwood, he will soon move to one of the most prestigious areas of Los Angeles Pacific Palisades.
As it became known from the publication TMZ, the actor bought a new house there for 20.5 million dollars. The mansion includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms, breakfast area and dining room, separate family room, office, dressing rooms, media room, guest house and other luxuries.
Note, the mansion is in the same neighborhood where Affleck previously lived with Jennifer Garner while he was married to the actress. Affleck purchased the property for $19.2 million in 2018, and sold it a month after marrying Lopez in 2023 for $30 million.
As for the 38,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom family mansion in Beverly Hills that he moved into with Lopez, Jennifer previously put it on the market for $68 million.
The home has a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker's house, a two-bedroom security room, a 12-car garage and parking for 80 cars.
A month ago, Affleck moved all of his belongings out of the mansion. At the same time it was done secretly, at a time when J. Lo was vacationing in Spain.
J. Lo, in turn, is still in search of a new home for herself, although she started looking for a suitable property almost immediately after the split with Ben.
