American actor Matthew Perry has apologized for making hateful remarks about fellow actor Keanu Reeves.
Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on the hit series "Friends," has apologized for hateful remarks about fellow actor Keanu Reeves, Deadline reports.
Previously, Perry called it unfair that Reeves is still alive and "still walking among us" while two of his co-worker friends died due to drug overdoses.
After a mixed reaction from Internet users, Meatthew explained his words and admitted that he likes Keanu's work.
"I'm actually a big Keanu fan. I just picked a random name, my mistake. I apologize," Perry explained.
He added that he should have used his own name instead of the "Matrix" star's name.
That said, Keanu Reeves and Matthew Perry have never starred together.
