Well-known Russian businessman Andrei Vavilov got married last weekend to his 24-year-old chosen one Sophie-Antoinette Delois. The extravagant celebration cost him about 900 thousand euros (73 million rubles).
The wedding was held in a luxury villa near Lake Como in Italy. The wedding lasted three days, after which all the guests and celebrities were sent home in a private plane.
On the first day there was a dinner for all the guests, and the wedding ceremony took place the next day, Saturday. On Sunday, the guests gathered for a farewell dinner. The guests were most impressed with the decor - the villa was decorated with fresh flowers, which were delivered by airplane. The villa itself cost about two million rubles, and all the guests were accommodated in the five-star Grand Hotel Tremezzo on the shore of Lake Como, where a room costs from 55 to 90 thousand rubles per night.
But the most expensive of all was the invitation of Russian show business stars. The wedding was performed by Emin Agalarov, Ksenia Sobchak and Dmitry Nagiyev, whose fees were four million rubles each. Ukrainian singer Ani Lorak sang the longest for the guests and received about three million rubles for her performance.
