Popular Russian opera singer Anna Netrebko has canceled her performance in the opera Nabucco at the Vienna State Opera due to emergency shoulder surgery.
It turned out that Anna had aggravated problems in her right shoulder. That is why she was forced to postpone the planned surgery to an earlier date. For the same reason, Netrebko canceled her concerts at the Vienna Opera.
The 50-year-old opera diva told her fans that she has been suffering from debilitating shoulder pain for many years.
Anna stressed that her doctor recommended her to have an urgent surgery, after which she will immediately begin physical rehabilitation in order to finally solve this health problem.
