Hollywood actor Michael J. Fox, 61, who gained fame after his role in the "Back to the Future" trilogy, revealed how he lives with Parkinson's disease.

Thus, during a discussion of the biographical picture "Still: a film about Michael J. Fox" with People magazine, the actor admitted that he was diagnosed back in 1991.

Since there is no cure for the disease, Michael had no choice but to accept the disease and become an example for others to motivate them to live on. At the same time, the celebrity does not deny that his ailment "sucks," but he is not discouraged and tries not to feel sorry for himself or have regrets about the disease.

"Pity is a mild form of abuse. I can be sad for myself, but I don't have time for that. You do what you have to do, but you don't kill yourself with it. That's all," he said, adding that he's grateful for the life he's lived.
