Prigozhin and Valeria's almost 300-metre flat, located in a prestigious district in the west of the capital, was sold some time ago through a portal where ordinary properties are put up for sale. Furniture of oak, marble and eel-leather upholstery, it is all by the designer who worked on Sir Elton John's interior.
Komsomolskaya Pravda learned about the 280-square-metre flat; the sale announcement was published on a specialist online portal.
One of the features of the accommodation is that it is made up of two neighbouring flats combined into one. According to the real estate agent, a four-level penthouse in the same building is selling for 80 million, but it is not just about the square footage.
The interior design was done by English specialist Gaban O'Keefe, who worked with Elton John. There are several bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a library, a living room and an office, where the table is covered with eel leather. Experts estimate the price of such a piece of furniture to be in the order of a million rubles.
However, in a commentary to KP, Prigozhin denied selling the apartment for 770 million rubles, "otherwise where would he live then". He confirmed that he and Valeriya thought about buying a house, but they postponed the idea for now.
