Famous Russian director Sarik Andreasyan announced the beginning of work on a new large-scale project - the adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's cult novel “War and Peace”.
According to Andreasyan, there are currently active preparations for filming, including the casting of actors for key roles. The beginning of the filming process is scheduled for the fall of this year.
“Exclusive! Preparing for filming the screen adaptation of “War and Peace”! Holding auditions for the main characters! All the secrets can not be disclosed, but the shooting will start in the fall!”, - shared the news director in his personal blog.
