In an interview for Lady Mail, the singer said that her signature method is to bring the body to such a state when it asks for rest. So she comes up with tasks for the whole day, loads herself with work, physical activity.
“Sports, walks in the fresh air and evening meditation help set the mood for sleep,” Ani shared.
As for anxiety, not watching the news before bed helps to get rid of intrusive thoughts. Instead, the singer listens to relaxing music or watches something positive.
