Former United States President Donald Trump accused Meghan Markle of disrespecting Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and her family.
"I'm not a fan of her. And I haven't been one from the beginning... I think she is very disrespectful to the queen, such a beautiful woman, such a wonderful person, a historical figure," Trump said in an interview with British television channel GB News, adding that Meghan Markle is disrespectful to the entire British royal family.
The ex-US president added that in this situation, Prince Harry is "terribly used", which spoils his relationship with relatives and "hurts the queen." Trump believes the Duke of Sussex will "regret it someday."
Prince Harry and Meghan's relationship with the rest of the British royal family remains strained: at first, the Dukes of Sussex unexpectedly gave up their titles and moved to live in the United States. In California, the grandson and daughter-in-law of Elizabeth II gave a scandalous interview with TV presenter Oprah Winfrey, in which they accused relatives of indifference, and one even of racism.
Earlier, Meghan Markle found out that her father-in-law, Prince Charles, was concerned about the skin color of her future children.
