Fatigue from certain activities may indicate the approach of death.
Experts from the University of Pittsburgh conducted a study, which revealed which sign in elderly people may indicate the approach of death. The results of the study were published in the journal Gerontology.
The experts found that fatigue from certain activities can indicate the approach of death, which can occur in the next three years. In particular, scientists have found that fatigue after a 30-minute walk, gardening and light housework indicates the likelihood of impending death.
It was noted that increased physical activity helped reduce a person's fatigue.
"And one of the best ways to increase physical activity simply means moving more, setting attainable goals and starting to do habitual activities, such as taking regular walks or exercising on a schedule," the researchers reported.
