An ambiguous way to speed up the fight against coronavirus was proposed by foreign medical specialists. In their opinion, the death rate from COVID-19 can be significantly reduced if they begin to specifically infect people with other well-studied and less dangerous strains of coronaviruses. It is reported by the portal Evo-Rus.
As noted, the initiator of this idea was Professor Joseph Mizgerd, who suggested that in those who had previously contacted coronavirus, new diseases of this kind occur in a less severe form. From his point of view, the same principle should work with COVID-19.
At the moment, however, the professor's proposal is exclusively theoretical and so far does not have sufficient justification.
