Scientists have been investigating the causes of the severe COVID-19 and have found a negative consequence of the vaccine administration.
According to experts, some vaccines, like the coronavirus itself, contain a spike protein that slows the repair of DNA damage. It turns out that when they are administered, our body's repair properties are reduced, reports DoctorPeter.
As one of the study's authors, Hui Jiang, said, the adaptive immune system plays a decisive role in resisting covid, which affects clinical outcomes, but slow and weak immune response in covid patients with severe disease.
The spike protein prevents rescue proteins from entering the damaged area, which weakens the adaptive immunity, which must fight toxins and bacterial pathogens.
The study was carried out by the Department of Molecular Biological Sciences of the Stockholm Institute in conjunction with the Department of Microbiology at Umeå University. The work was published in the scientific journal MDPI.
