Rental prices have fallen in St. Petersburg for a month.
Compared with December, in January the cost of renting a one-room apartment in the city on the Neva has decreased by 0.7%. On average, you can rent a one-room apartment in St. Petersburg for 28.2 thousand rubles. Reduction of the cost of rental housing was also recorded in Perm and Voronezh. However, in Nizhny Novgorod and Samara the situation is opposite - the cost of rent has increased by 3.6% and 4.5% respectively, writes Kommersant.
On average it is possible to rent a one-room apartment for 21 thousand rubles in Russia. According to experts, the cost of rent in St. Petersburg has become lower because of the large number of proposals.
