Petersburg police officers who bought tickets abroad after September 21 were banned from leaving Russia

On Thursday, September 29, it became known that St. Petersburg policemen who bought tickets abroad after September 21 are forbidden to leave Russia.

The ban was announced by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and Leningrad region Roman Plugin. He noted that everyone who purchased tickets abroad after the announcement of the partial mobilization, regardless of the purpose of travel, is forbidden to leave Russia.

Those who bought tickets for later dates before September 21 are allowed to leave Russia.

Similar requests by Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev were sent to all regions of the country.
