Investments in the new enterprise amounted to more than 600 million rubles.
The second largest producer of bread products in St. Petersburg LLC Karavay launches its new enterprise for baking bread and bakery products in Kalininsky district of the northern capital.
It is noted that more than 600 million rubles were invested into the project and the developer was Nordgrad CJSC.
According to the enterprise management, its main target will be output of frozen bakery products with 95% readiness for hotels, restaurants and cafes, as well as trade networks.
Now the new line is scheduled to bake baguettes, three varieties of round breads and as many ciabattas.
As an advantage, the first Russian robot to fully automate the production of round products has been purchased.
