A bar in St. Petersburg was shut down for expired lard and unsanitary conditions

The court imposed a penalty in the form of suspension of the bar's activity for 80 days.

In St. Petersburg bailiffs closed the bar “Vogel” on the Fontanka embankment, 97. it turned out that the October district court of the northern capital brought to responsibility LLC “Metafogel” for antisanitation. This is reported by the Joint press service of the courts of the city.

According to the agency, in early May, Rospotrebnadzor conducted an inspection in the institution and found many violations. For example, clean and used dishes were stored in one place, there was not enough storage, production and washing facilities, cooks worked without overalls, also in the institution there were no disinfectants.

In addition, the bar was found a large number of unlabeled products, 34 kilograms of frozen soups, as well as lard with a shelf life until December 2023. As a result, the court ordered to suspend the bar's activity for 80 days.
