The fountain season in the State Museum-Reserve (SMR) Petergof will start on April 24.
According to TASS with reference to the general director of the State Museum Reserve (SMR) "Petergof" Elena Kalnitskaya, season of fountains will start on April 24.
In addition, Kalnitskaya added that the Fountain Festival will be held a month later - on May 22. She also noted that the holiday will be held in accordance with Rospotrebnadzor regulations. It will be held outdoors.
On the Grand Cascade there will be a performance dedicated to the anniversary of the fountains, which is held annually in cooperation with the Institute of Culture. At the moment, the script has already been worked out and rehearsals are going on.
Kalnitskaya also noted that the celebration will be dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Petergof water supply system.
