Merited Coach of Russia Ilyin accused the police of breaking the law

The united press service of the courts reports on November 25 that in St. Petersburg, Alexander Ilyin, a Merited Coach of Russia from Novosibirsk, was removed from the courtroom of the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg before the session began because of his refusal to wear a mask.

Ilyin was taken to the police to draw up a protocol under the article "Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence" of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and the meeting on consideration of the protocol under the article "Disobedience to the legal request of police officers" of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation was postponed.

“I ask you to show the law that I am charged with, no one shows me, they don’t show me the decree of the government of the Leningrad Region and don’t inform me,” Ilyin was indignant and added that there are documents that are obliged to show him that, according to the law on the police, they themselves break the law.
