Over the year in St. Petersburg, the price of real estate rose by 40%, the average cost rose from 34 to 48 thousand rubles per month. The most affordable housing for rent were studios, their cost increased by 32%.
The cost of two-room apartments has increased by 70% and now for a "three-room" tenant can pay 95 thousand rubles.
The districts with the most expensive real estate for rent were Central and Admiralteysky, and the leader in this list was Petrogradsky district - here the cost has doubled, overtaking the price of housing in Moscow. Now the average cost of renting an apartment here can be about 146 thousand rubles per month.
The second place is occupied by the Central district - the growth amounted to 52%. On the third place is the Admiralty district, the cost of rent has risen by 28%. In fourth place is Kronstadt district - the price has increased by 12 thousand rubles and is now 32 thousand rubles per month.
