The head of the city the day before during the testing of the new train "Baltiets" drew attention to the fact that the cars are not equipped with chargers for cell phones, although modern models of ground transport such a possibility is provided.

In this regard, the social network "VKontakte" and the messenger Telegram launched a poll on whether there is a need for outlets for charging gadgets in the subway.

Among the 1000 users who managed to vote "Vkontakte" positive response from more than 70%, among the users of Telegram 39% considered the sockets in the subway stations and in the cars as a waste of budgetary funds. Because few passengers travel from one terminal station to another to have time to charge their devices. And during the rush hour this function is inaccessible due to the inability to reach the outlet.

Supporters of the innovation asked for more outlets in subway cars and lobbies.
