According to the preliminary request, the Kantemirovsky, Grenadiersky and Sampsonievsky bridges may be raised during the navigation period.
An application for raising these bridges must be submitted at least two days before the planned passage of the ship. However, navigation along the arms of the Neva River is relatively infrequent. Last year each of these three bridges was raised no more than 8 times, and half of them were technical drawdowns to check the equipment.
