COVID-19 vaccination points will open in St. Petersburg shopping malls

St. Petersburg Vice-Governor Oleg Ergashev has listed the city's shopping malls where COVID-19 vaccination points will be opened.

St. Petersburg Vice-Governor Oleg Ergashev, who oversees health care in the city, has announced the opening of coronavirus vaccination centres in five of the city's shopping malls starting February 24.

According to him, they will appear in Europolis, Zhemchuzhnaya Plaza, Okhta Mall, City Mall and Stockmann.

They will have special rooms, which consist of several rooms - for registration, examination and vaccination. Ergashev said that the observance of sterility standards there is guaranteed.

It is noted that in the past 24 hours 1094 COVID-19 cases have been detected in St. Petersburg. At the same time, 3,234 patients were cured during the day, and 42 fatalities of patients with COVID-19 were recorded.
