Five provisions were temporarily repealed.
In St.-Petersburg some provisions of the law "About town-planning activity" were suspended till January, 1 2024. The corresponding law was signed by the governor Alexander Beglov, according to the press-service of Smolny.
It concerns the provisions in terms of integrated development of residential areas, i.e. renovation. Five provisions are temporarily canceled. Thus, articles on the selection criteria for houses under the renovation program, on the procedure for determining the boundaries of the residential development area, on the implementation procedure of the decision on renovation and the deadline for meetings of residents whose houses were included in this program are suspended.
Such a decision was adopted to study in more detail the conditions for the selection of the territory for the residential development project. In addition, this will give time to understand whether it is necessary to make changes to federal laws.
