The number of students in the Northern capital on the blended learning model is growing.
The St. Petersburg Education Committee reported on November 15 that there are no classes transferred to distance learning in the city's schools. Currently, 2.1 thousand schoolchildren of St. Petersburg are partly attending classes in schools, and partly studying at home using the online format.
Nowadays, parents quite often choose such a learning model for their children. Their number by November 15 amounted to 0.38% of the total number of schoolchildren in the city.
According to the committee, after non-working days, the number of groups closed due to the spread of SARS and coronavirus infection in kindergartens has decreased from 29 groups in 20 kindergartens to 21 and 16.
