The owner of the marketplace stated that most of the funds have already been transferred. But if the seller does not agree with the amount of the payment, he can always discuss it with the marketplace staff.
Wildberries CEO Tatiana Bakalchuk said that sellers who lost their goods during a fire at the marketplace's warehouse in St. Petersburg will be paid 34.9 billion rubles. Thus, the owners will be compensated up to 95% of their value.
She noted that the money has already been largely transferred to the sellers and it was possible to do it even earlier than planned.
In a conversation with the publication RBC, she noted that all those who stored their goods in Shushary will receive payments, no matter how badly he suffered. If there are any discrepancies between the payments and the value of the lost, you can always contact the company's specialists.
Earlier it was reported that Wildberries merged with the company Russ. After that, the rebranding process began and the company's website changed its logo.
