In August of the current year this indicator grew by 11% compared to the previous month and reached 31.4 thousand rubles. Experts believe that this price rise is due to seasonal factors, such as the return of residents of big cities from vacations and vacations. It is predicted that in September this trend will continue, and the cost of renting rental housing may increase by another 12-15%.
The growth of rental prices covers not only St. Petersburg, but also other regions of Russia. On average in large cities of the country the cost of rent of one-room apartments in August amounted to Br23.7 thousand. This is 4.7% higher than in July.
