Such measures are prescribed in amendments to the city law on administrative offences. The amendments were developed by the St. Petersburg Transport Committee. In the near future, the updated bill will be considered by the deputies of the Legislative Assembly.
According to the amendments, individuals in case of administrative offence will pay a fine of three thousand rubles, officials - 10 thousand rubles, individual entrepreneurs - 30 thousand rubles, legal entities - 50 thousand rubles.
