The St. Petersburg City Election Commission has received documents from 18 people who intend to stand as candidates in the gubernatorial elections to be held from September 6 to 8, 2024. The head of the State Election Commission Maxim Meiksin noted that 10 of them are self-nominated, while the rest are nominated by political parties.
