In the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg heard a case on the claim of the prosecutor's office to prohibit the dissemination of data from two websites advertising private ambulance services.
The supervisory authority filed a lawsuit because during the inspection of information on paid ambulance services, inconsistencies were found.
As it turned out, the organization "Skora-24" is not listed in the register of medical licenses, and at the address indicated on the sites is a completely different company, and in the list of the tax service does not have a firm with this name.
In this regard, the court decided to ban websites with information about private ambulance services.
