Weekdays in St. Petersburg will begin on November 8

Smolny decided not to extend the non-working days in the northern capital.

The press service of the city administration of the Northern capital reports that the non-working days after November 7 will not be extended. However, the city will live under restrictive measures that were in effect until October 30.

Also, from November 8, changes are introduced in the operating mode of catering, entertainment and other public places.

From November 8, catering organizations, circuses, concert halls, cinemas, as well as other performing arts organizations, water parks, zoos, aquariums, ice skating rinks will only work until 23.00. The same restriction will apply to all cultural, entertainment, congress and exhibition, physical culture, festive and leisure events, subject to the limit on the number of participants - 40 people.

From November 15, the QR code must be presented at the entrance to swimming pools, fitness centers and other gyms, in entertainment venues and at the solemn registration of marriage at the registry offices.

From December 1, the QR code will need to be presented when visiting catering establishments (except for industrial canteens, train stations and the airport), retail outlets (except for pharmacies, gas stations, grocery stores, stores selling essential goods, and stores that do not have a service hall).
