The Frunzensky District Court of St. Petersburg accepted for consideration the first lawsuit against the military registration and enlistment office because of the partial mobilization.
This became known on Monday, October 3. Earlier it was reported that a resident of St. Petersburg Daniel Bakalinsky filed a lawsuit against the military registration and enlistment office because he considers the partial mobilization illegal.
The Petersburger asked for replacement of mobilization with alternative service, and also asked for protective measures in the form of suspension of mobilization.
However, he was denied this as well as alternative service because this was not stipulated in the decree on partial mobilization.
The hearing of the case is scheduled for October 17.
By the way, it became known that another mobilized person in St. Petersburg filed a lawsuit against the military registration and enlistment office.
