As weather forecasters said, flooding and a storm came to St. Petersburg on July 4. Because of this, the Alexandria and Oranienbaum parks, in particular, had to be temporarily closed.

The Telegram channel of the Peterhof Museum-Reserve reported that due to the storm and the general deterioration of weather conditions, the parks Lower Park, Upper Garden, Ostrovy, as well as the parks Alexandria and Oranienbaum will be closed. Accordingly, all the museums located on their territory are also closed.

However, the project “The feat of revival”, as well as museums “The Sovereign's sweat”, Museum of collectors, “House of playing cards” on this day are available for visiting. At the same time, the water level at the dam in St. Petersburg on the morning of July 4 has already reached 180 centimeters.

Forecaster Kolesov earlier warned that on July 4, St. Petersburg will face flooding, which this month in the city has not been for 160 years.

Earlier it was reported that on Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg inspection revealed serious violations in road repair work.
