The delegation will meet with President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
The St. Petersburg delegation, headed by Alexander Beglov, arrived in Minsk on a working visit. During the meeting with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko, it is planned to discuss trade, economic, humanitarian and cultural cooperation. Beglov will also meet Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus Veniamin.
One of the main events will be the opening of the exhibition "Symbols of the Siege of Leningrad" in Minsk. The governor of St. Petersburg will meet 279 survivors of the Siege of Leningrad who lived in Belarus. Also members of the delegation will visit the presentation version of the series "The Seventh Symphony".
Delegation from St. Petersburg will visit industrial enterprises, it is planned to discuss the development of industrial cooperation, joint projects, including the supply of machinery, heavy vehicles, trolleybuses and streetcars.
