Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said at a meeting of the CSTO Defense Ministers Council that servicemen repelled a massive attack on the Crimean bridge the night before last.
“The night before last, there was the most massive attack by ten Atakams on the Crimean Bridge with an approach time of less than two minutes. All the missiles were shot down. As a result, hundreds of lives were saved,” Belousov reported.
To be more precise, on the night of May 30, air defense systems shot down eight American ATACMS missiles and eight drones over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. The Defense Ministry said that the joint grouping of troops continues to liberate new regions of Russia and protect the population of our country.
Earlier, the head of the Defense Ministry said that the Russian Armed Forces forced the AFU fighters to retreat eight to nine kilometers at sites in Kharkiv Region.
