British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak believes that Russia and China should take an example from the issue of long-term foreign policy planning. He was quoted by Bloomberg.

"Our strategy should be in line with the policies of other world powers, for example, Russia and China. Our competitors are working for the long term. This is how we will make a revolutionary leap," the British prime minister said.
The publication also noted that since taking office, Rishi Sunak has softened his foreign policy toward China, not supporting Liz Truss' idea of declaring the country a threat to Britain.
Earlier, Sunak said that bilateral relations between the United Kingdom and Russia could not return to their previous level as long as hostilities in Ukraine continued.
