Vladimir Putin discussed Nagorno-Karabakh with members of Russian Security Council

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Security Council. The meeting discussed Nagorno-Karabakh and the conflict settlement process.

The meeting was held via videoconference. "The main topic was the issue of security in cyberspace. The issue of resolving the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh was also discussed," the Kremlin press service said in a statement.

In addition, Vladimir Putin held telephone conversations with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The meeting also touched upon topical issues of the domestic socio-economic agenda in Russia.

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Head of the Presidential Administration Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, SVR R head Sergey Naryshkin, as well as Special Representative

Telephone conversations between Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev took place on November 23 and 24. The Russian President also spoke on Nagorno-Karabakh with the head of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, including the topics of Syria and Libya.
