China urges US to stop pressure on Chinese companies

According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the American authorities go too far in understanding the protection of national security.

The US government intends to limit the sale of some American goods and technologies to those Chinese companies that, according to US authorities, are associated with military structures. In total, these are 89 Chinese companies.

The PRC condemned such measures. The representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry called this a violation of market competition, which is carried out under the pretext of ensuring national security. In his opinion, it will also harm the States themselves - first of all, national interests, as well as the image of the country. Such a statement was published on the department's Twitter page.
