Poland plans to extend the special protection regime for refugees from Ukraine only until the end of September, after which aid will be cut.
Officials who spoke to Rzeczpospolita explained this position by saying that Ukrainians are not prevented from going home for holidays or vacations, so they do not need protection.
The special mechanism was introduced in Poland to help refugees after the start of the special operation in Ukraine. Now it is proposed to adapt it - to remove protection even for those Ukrainians who leave the country for a short time. The authorities also want to reduce payments for children.
We remind you that the UK is planning to create a "civilian army".
