The U.S. Senate supported a bill to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine

The Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Senate of the US Congress approved the bill on the transfer of frozen Russian assets to Kiev. This is reported by the press service of the committee.

It is specified that the project was supported by 20 American legislators, only one opposed. After that, the bill should go through the approval procedure in the Senate of the full composition, then in the House of Representatives of Congress and after that will go to the signature of US President Joe Biden.
