Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on the television debate of US presidential candidates.
According to him, the Kremlin did not watch the speeches of Donald Trump and Joe Biden, but read numerous media reports. Peskov believes that it is necessary to closely monitor the television debates only for those to whom they are addressed - American voters. The Kremlin representative noted that all election shows in the States have a common feature.
"The competition in greater dislike of Russia has already become a constant, probably, of all electoral processes in the United States," Peskov emphasized.
He expressed the Kremlin's position on this issue, saying that such behavior by American politicians can only be regrettable.
