Biden will leave his temporary home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, at 12:30 p.m. local time (19:30 Moscow time) today. He will leave at 1:25 p.m. (8:25 p.m. Moscow time) and head from Dover Air Force Base to Andrews Military Base near Washington, D.C., where a 35-minute flight is expected. ETA at the White House is 2:30 p.m. (21:30 Moscow time), with a private briefing scheduled for 3 p.m. (22:00 Moscow time).

The New York Post reported that Biden's voice sounded hoarse in a July 22 phone call with Democratic campaign staff. His attending physician Kevin O'Connor noted that the symptoms of the disease have almost disappeared, and health indicators are normal.

On July 18, the U.S. authorities confirmed that President Biden was diagnosed with COVID-19, after which he went into self-isolation at his residence in Delaware. Nevertheless, the President continued to fulfill his duties.

On July 22, Vice President Kamala Harris reported that the president was rapidly on the mend. At the same time, Fox News TV channel demanded to provide evidence that Biden is alive. The journalists noted that the head of state informed about his decision to stop participating in the presidential election in writing, not through a video link. They emphasized that the president has not appeared in public since then.

Republican member of Congress Lauren Bobert supported the journalists' call, saying that Biden should go on screen and clarify whether he himself is aware of his withdrawal from the presidential race.
