European leaders will discuss in December a draft of long-term commitments to Ukraine, which includes training of the country's Armed Forces.
According to Bloomberg, the plan includes commitments to a predictable, efficient and long-term mechanism for the supply of armored vehicles, as well as assistance in controlling arms stockpiles and countering their illicit trafficking.
Moreover, the EU leaders will discuss ensuring the strengthening of Ukraine's ability to counter cyber threats and disinformation, intelligence sharing, and assistance in Ukraine's EU accession reforms.
Europe also intends to support Kiev's efforts on energy transition and nuclear safety and expand cooperation with the Ukrainian defense industry.
We shall remind you that the head of the German Defense Ministry, Pistorius, promised Ukraine a new aid package.
