The Polish authorities advocated the maximum isolation of Russia in all international forums.
On Polish television, Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Pawel Jablonski stated that the Russian Federation should be isolated as much as possible in all international forums, including the OSCE.
Thus he commented on Warsaw's refusal to issue a visa to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov for participation in the 29th meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
"Russia should be absolutely, as much as possible, isolated in all international forums. Hence the decision," said the deputy minister.
According to him, during the meeting, the EU countries will discuss European security, which Russia opposes.
Earlier it became known that the Polish authorities refused to issue visas to the parliamentary delegation from Russia. Senator Dzhabarov said that Warsaw violated the OSCE Tbilisi convention, according to which all participants of the organization should be guaranteed access to all events.
