Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to consider the issue of early pensions for fathers of large families by early October.
The head of state instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the possibility of early pensions for fathers with many children. The Kremlin website specifies that ministers must report to Putin on this issue by October 1.
"The Government of the Russian Federation... consider the possibility of early assignment of the old-age insurance pension for fathers with many children," the list of the president's instructions reads.
A corresponding report must be submitted to Putin before the beginning of October of this year. Mikhail Mishustin, the prime minister of the Russian Federation, is responsible for this issue.
