Turkey has reportedly leased Homs in order to establish a military base there. This decision will help strengthen the country's sovereignty in the Eastern Mediterranean and strengthen control over Turkish territorial waters, which will ensure the safety of merchant ships.

It should be noted that Ankara plans to deploy Turkish combat drones and air defense systems at the military base in Libya.

We shall remind you that the United States, Turkey and Ukraine are looking for new ways to export Ukrainian grain.
