Ukraine has received $5.6 billion in military aid from the United States since the start of the military operation by the Russian Armed Forces.
According to John Kirby, National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the White House, Washington has sent $5.6 billion in aid to the Ukrainian authorities since the start of the Russian military special operation.
“In total, since the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris administrations took office, we have delivered approximately $6.3 billion in aid,” Kirby said.
Earlier, White House chief Biden in a conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced a new package of military assistance worth one billion dollars. At the same time, Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin urged not to weaken arms supplies to Ukraine.
